Since 1994 Encouragement International (EII) has focused on equipping Slavic men and women to take the message of salvation through Jesus (in the form of the Gospel) throughout the former Soviet Union.

Training leaders to engage their ministry with godly character and a Bible-driven, Spirit - reliant effort.

Assisting the church in its Gospel outreach to spiritually hungry and oppressed people.

Providing needed resources in support of struggling local churches and church planting efforts.
Equipping Pastors Through Conference Discipleship
Shepherds 360 Conference is coming up in October 2025. Our goal is to bring 5 men for a time of intense teaching and fellowship through the Word.
